Some great news for Tom Riley fans has been recently revealed. While we impatiently wait to find out about any new projects, fans in UK will finally be able to see Parts 1 and 2 of The Nevers on ITVX starting from Sunday 1st February 2026. Tom Riley plays Augustus 'Augie' Bidlow.
HBO supernatural period drams series The Nevers, despite receiving excellent reviews, was caught up in covid lockdown filming delays, as well as some controversy around show creator Joss Whedon leaving. The show was never renewed for a second season. In addition only part 1 of season 1 was made available on HBO in the US and Sky Atlantic in UK.
The series (including Part 2), was 'dumped' onto free streaming platform Tubi, which was not viewable outside of the US. It was also impossible to find out when Tubi was planning on streaming The Nevers. So the broadcast on ITVX in February is the first time that UK fans will have the opportunity to view both parts of The Nevers.
For the cast and crew of The Nevers, a series with very high production values, the turbulence must have been almost traumatic.
