As the website will have its 10th birthday this year, I thought it was time for a new design. This will be the fourth design since we started in 2008! The site has grown massively over the years, but all the important content and posts will still be found here - though some of it will take a little longer to backfill. This site version had to be done from scratch, with content copied over, including over 500 of Tom's interview posts! So if you dont see what you were looking for immediately, be patient.
If you have any issues with the site, or improvement ideas please let me know. I need to troubleshoot on a live site.
